Clear terms for a straightforward product.

These are the intended terms for Simply Made Meals. Final company, payment, governing-law, and regional terms will be reviewed before accounts or purchases open.

Pre-launch notice: This site does not currently sell licenses or provide active customer accounts. Prices and license terms shown are proposals until checkout opens.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Simply Made Meals lawfully for personal meal planning. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report compromise or revoke a session. Automated scraping, resale, interference, abusive use, and attempts to bypass limits or authorization are prohibited.

Food, nutrition, and allergy notice

Recipes and nutritional information are for general informational purposes only. Nutrition values are estimates based on ingredients, portions, and preparation assumptions. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for medical or therapeutic nutrition needs.

Allergen and dietary filters can help with planning but cannot guarantee that an ingredient, product, kitchen, or preparation is free from allergens or cross-contact. People with severe allergies must verify every label, ingredient, and preparation method themselves. Follow applicable food-safety guidance and check internal cooking temperatures.

Recipes and meal imagery

Review recipes, quantities, directions, and nutrition estimates before cooking and use your own judgment in the kitchen. Meal photographs and illustrations are representative serving suggestions. Ingredients, substitutions, equipment, technique, and presentation will affect the finished meal, so actual results will vary.

Accounts and the free plan

The planned free plan includes a monthly new-meal allowance and saved-recipe limit. Limits can be adjusted prospectively to protect service reliability and cost, with reasonable notice for material changes. A request that fails because of a service error will not intentionally use your allowance.

Licenses

A license unlocks specified features for one assigned account and up to the stated number of active devices. A one-year or two-year term is planned to begin on first valid activation. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Simply Made Meals product, not the purchaser's lifetime or a promise of perpetual operation.

Keys must not be resold, shared publicly, reverse engineered, or used across unrelated accounts. A revoked, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or abused license can lose paid capabilities without deleting the underlying free account.

Fair use

Licensed access is for normal personal use and remains subject to reasonable fair-use limits. The proposed lifetime allowance is 600 new meal requests per year. Any different final limit will be shown before purchase. Viewing, cooking, and sharing recipes you already have does not count against this allowance.

Payments and refunds

Checkout and payment information will be handled securely by our payment partner under its own terms. Simply Made Meals does not intend to receive or store your full payment-card number. The proposed refund window is 14 days. Final eligibility, process, regional rights, and exceptions will be displayed before purchase and cannot reduce rights granted by applicable law.

Your content and public sharing

You retain rights in notes and other content you submit. You grant the service permission to host, process, transform, and display it only as needed to operate requested features. Creating a public recipe link makes that recipe projection accessible to anyone with the link until you disable it. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.

Service changes and availability

Features, available ingredients, nutrition sources, and reasonable limits can change as the service improves. We aim to preserve saved core data and provide notice before material reductions where practical. No internet service is continuously available, and planned maintenance or emergency suspension may occur.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend access for security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. License suspension should not unnecessarily lock you out of the free core or your existing data, subject to legal and security needs.

Warranty and liability

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and regional consumer-law language will be supplied after legal review. Nothing in this draft is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
